A nightmare, two people in front of me, one of whom is already served and a half hour of waiting. Everything needs to be dealt with by a consultant who is struggling with IT failures. I advise you to come with a lot of time 😎

A nightmare facility. Everyone very nice and nothing else. There are dozens of minutes waiting for anything to be dealt with despite the lack of a queue. Total lack of professionalism.

I've been in the bank for over an hour. The advisers close the loan and print the documents, which they go out in pairs, just to be alone with the customer. The advisers left me in the room and left. There are no more than 20 minutes. And I'm still waiting.

not very understanding service. a very heavy bank, I advise against it. The adviser on the phone said something different than it really is. and the lady at the window said, but you signed a contract. people Be careful. nice service in the Rybnik department.
