This point is a mockery on the Plus map of Poland. If someone wants to go there to arrange anything, I strongly advise against it, but one by one. My adventure with this Plus facility began in June. At the outset, I was misinformed about the price of the phone. After 15 minutes waiting for the printing and handling of the papers (contracts, regulations, etc.), it turned out that the telephone in the subscription does not cost PLN 1, but PLN 199. After reading the contract, it turned out that the subscription is also more expensive by PLN 30 than the amount you gave me 15 minutes ago. I completely ignore commercial issues like building sympathy or talking to the client. However, the real creme de la creme started later. After signing the contract, the card with Playa was supposed to cease to be active after several days in favor of the Plus card. Currently, the Play card is running at its best, while the Plus card still has a temporary number, which means I received 2 invoices from Playa, which I allegedly no longer use. It turned out, therefore, that in Play the contract was written for Pesel (private person), while in Plus I wanted to sign a contract for NIP (company), which means that the data was not transferred from Playa to Plus and the contract was rejected. Of course, I was not informed about this fact. So I went to Playa, I went to Plus to arrange the necessary paperwork. After all, I was assured that everything was fine now. We have August 7. Until 1, I had to pay another Plus invoice, which - guess - I DIDN'T RECEIVE! The Play card still works, the Plus card still with the temporary number. In order to pay Plus on an ongoing basis, I would have to log in to Plus Online, but to do this I must have an invoice with the original password to the account ... And the wheel is spinning ... To sum up, in order to sign the contract, answer the phone, I had to go to the facility 4 times, each time losing 15-20 minutes there, and listen to assurances that this time everything was fine. I have the impression that primary school children would run this facility better and with a greater degree of professionalism. The level of amateurishness, total ignoring work, zero ability to build sympathy, authority, and professional image is overwhelming in this facility ... DEFEAT with a capital P, a large O, a large R, a large A, a large W, a large K, a large A ...

Drama ... I would give even less, but it can not be done. Employees surly, incompetent, wanting to buy anything and receive proof of sales in the form of an invoice on the spot - information is received that the manager will be in two days and only then can issue it. Of course, you also have to pick it up in person - seriously in the 21st century? - I wonder what the Tax Office will do.
