In my life I have had experience with several banks, but I have not encountered such a level of service and professionalism in any of the branches. Up to a few seconds from entering someone asks how he can help and directs you to whom you should go - when you do what you have to do, you never feel like a petition in the office, which still happens in other banks (+ for the decor - carpet in the middle makes you feel more "homey"). The best, however, was when I had to give up their services, because I took a mortgage in another bank, and I did not want to pay for cards and accounts in both - everything took a few minutes and it was a while later - in Santander it took my wife the same month and despite the fact that when closing the account paid off everything you need, after a month again they charged some fees ...

Everyone who submits an application to this bank should think carefully. I waited for a loan decision for three months, unfortunately incompetence. As I am buying a flat from the city (after a tender), the employees did not know what documents they needed, when I brought one, they asked for another ... I reported another one later, I reported ... they say that they want the first one with the current date of the massacre :( on the fact that I finally got a loan, but it cost me a lot of shame in the city office. Four times I had to postpone the conclusion of a notarial deed with officials
