I do not recommend. The lady who served me was not competent. She did not know about certain matters and then said that when I call the brokerage house, she will call you back. To this day, she has not spoken. I settled the matter in a brokerage office in Racibórz after making an appointment by phone.

I use the services of PKO BP S.A. in Rybnik as a company for 31 years. At the moment, the company has allocated on behalf of PKO BP S.A. the guardian of Ms Agnieszka Ossowska, who deserves the highest praise for the speed of presenting the offer calculation in matters that she has undertaken for the company. Throughout the process of preparing a banking product for the client, it is a guide between partners and looks after the details at every stage of the case. I rate the guardian Mrs. Agnieszka Ossowska very highly. I believe that the management goes to great lengths to train and prepare employees to service entities, so that the image of Bank PKO BP S.A. in Rybnik was positive in the era of strong banking competition. This is no fake, it is the actual truth that the company has encountered. I wish the entities to be handled by caregivers just like my company in a professional manner. I fully recommend PKO BP S.A. in Rybnik and Mrs. Agnieszka Ossowska.

I recommend a bank branch. The staff is very polite and competent, always available to help and will be happy to explain if you have any questions. I especially recommend Ms Anna Zwyrtek, with whom matters related to the purchase of an apartment were dealt with.
