On the promotional V-power (full tank) the car loses power, after pouring Fuelsave everything is normal. Maybe someone has a similar observation ?? Service and station approx

A typical Shell station, I don't fill up here often enough only when I'm passing through. Prices a bit expensive compared to other stations but the fuel is ok. I had no problem with the car.

The accumulated points cannot be exchanged for anything to eat. Strange that if you pay, everything is and if you want to exchange points, there is no option at this station.
