On November 25, 2020 I needed to buy drinking water around 11 am, because I am sick and these were just hours for seniors - hence the choice of the station. Namely, I had 200 zlotys in a banknote with me and unfortunately I was met with the rudeness of Justyna and she refused to sell the water, arguing that I had to pay by card - when I did not have a card. Unfortunately, Justyna is not a competent person in this position, I felt very offended, and it was not a lot of mockery when I put the water down. I understand everything that you may not have to spend, but looking at the situation of a very crowded station and friendly customers, I cannot believe that the customer service is at this level.

Recently, I was passing through Rybnik and refueled at this station. I had a problem with getting to my destination through closed streets. At the station, a young boy gave me information on how to get to where I was going. I don't remember his name (he had a tattoo on his hand). Thank you very much for your help and nice service and next time I will definitely refuel here again.

Today, around 20 at the station, the lady reminded me to put on the mask, after being informed that I cannot wear it and I have a certificate for it, she asked to show it. I do not know who gives the right to ID customers in this company, but this lady had her chin mask and she was not standing for plexiglass, but was washing the floor, so I recommend starting with yourself and then reminding someone.

After midnight, one sausage is spinning, the stove is off and the Lady looks like a punishment ... It is not possible to order a hot dog ...

A moment ago I was using an automatic car wash program silver car window is not washed, also for my complaints I found out that I should buy washing liquid I ask what the car wash is for, I will add that there is no sign on the board with programs that I should buy liquid for washing I advise against using the car wash on Bp stations !!!!
