Hopeless service. Accepting a complaint takes half an hour. Shop assistants accepting complaints at that time to the customer may turn in one word. Zero explanation of what and how. Complaint submitted three times more, no explanation, continuous errors of employees in the forms, no answer in the case. Plus, total failure is one booth in the jewelry store, which means that waiting time for any service is getting longer.

Such a beautiful shop and so hopeless shopkeepers, it does not fit in the head. Ladies, surly, unfriendly, non-contact. We left our store with a great distaste. In other stores, it's up to want to buy more, mainly thanks to the friendly service, and the store will not be back any more, so many customers are lost. I like the shop itself, but as you can see, the service is the key.

I am very dissatisfied with the service in the Yes salon in Rybnik. The bracelet that I bought there and which I got as a gift turned out to be too big. Service in the salon did not show a minimum of interest, despite my desire to exchange (exchange, NOT return) it for another product. The staff approached the matter very formally and, obscuring the regulations, informed me that the exchange was possible up to 7 days, and several days passed. I will add that the bracelet was unused and had all the tags (so it's better to buy a gift at the last minute!). So I asked about the possibility of reducing it. Unfortunately, no one on site was able to provide such information. I was promised that the next day someone would call me. Of course, no one called. When I finally decided to talk to the store myself, I learned that bracelets can not reduce anymore. Without giving any arguments or suggestions for resolving the situation. I advise you to bypass the YES store.
