My mother carried a earring to this salon in order to be converted into a pendant + placing a red stone. It is a pity that there is no lower rating than one star because what is done with an earring is not acceptable for me. The back in the place where the clasp was fastened is crushed, and the plate near the stone is all bent. What are they fixing the jewelry there ?! pliers, hammer ?! When I went to the salon to repair the damage, the lady first decided that everything is okay when we explained what it meant that it can not be repaired because it is a shell and crushes, but she does not see the problem because you can not see damage from so many. And the gentleman who probably did it did not even speak. We were given 15 zlotys because it seems that so much money did not know because she was repairing the chain and she did not receive the bill. But they were not even apologized for destroying the family souvenir !!!!! COMPLETELY NOT A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH TO THE CLIENT !!!!
