A very unprofessional approach to the customer. You refused to change the notarial deed because it was written in another office. Laughter in the room! I omit the fact that the notarial deed was written in another city. I strongly advise against.

I do not recommend, I wrote a donation contract there over 10 years ago, and today I have a lot of problems. You have not advised me about other options, and the document is not written down exactly. After a few years, we were asked by the Lord if anything could be done, unfortunately we were devastated. You said that you can not do anything about it anymore. I do not recommend.
