I really like sightseeing and I think that it is completely unprofessional, because I will not go to this place for the second time, and I wanted to visit the holiday area. I will not use this travel agency anymore. Apparently this is an office for sloths who would just lie in bed instead of sightseeing. With the rest, like every Pole, he is just a lazy.

I do not recommend buying a vacation in this office. Complete disregard of the client. I bought a holiday in this holiday office from the Rainbow organizer Everything was beautiful, nice until I called Holidays pl to change the date because the organizer advertises FLEXIBLE PRE-SUMMER 2021 (You can change the date, place of stay, they will refund the price difference if, after signing the contract, the offer of this hotel on the same date will be cheaper to sell) Everything is colorfully written but the realities are completely different. Following the prices of my future holidays, it turned out that the price went down and I wanted to change the date because I have the right to do so (this is how the contract was concluded) Unfortunately, my calls, reminders, even a personal visit to the office was for nothing The owner explains the fault of the organizer Rainbow He sent an e-mail asking if I could change the date and, unfortunately, is still waiting for a reply It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting and waiting. Zero of any information from the travel agency Unfortunately, it is not as different as Rainbow advertises itself The most important thing is that you already have an ace up your sleeve I do not recommend the Holidays pl travel agency and the RAINBOW organizer because it is their fault (this is what the owner of the office in Rybnik explained to me) No professionalism I do not recommend
