We arrived at the hotel at 8.30 and had to wait until 2pm for a room, back also same problem. At 5 p.m. the bus arrived and at 11 a.m. you had to check out. The rest on the standard level.

Wanting to buy a vacation I came across a blonde customer service, I have not met such unpleasant and uninviting service for a long time. He doesn't listen to what is being said to her at all, he has the impression that he is an enemy there, and in fact grace is being done to us. Although TUI has really good offers, I found better ones than they were offered. I recommend other TUI points, and this person should think about changing jobs if they are hurt. I do not greet you
