We have been traveling with the TUI Rybnik office, specifically with Małgorzata, who runs this office for 15 years, 1-3 times a year. We've never had any unpleasant surprises. Always a perfectly planned trip. All we have to do is provide information about the direction of interest and departure date and in response we receive 4 verified hotels from which we choose the best. We don't receive 30 hotels. Because Mrs. Małgorzata knows our profile and knows what we expect. And that's what I like. Interestingly, on various optional trips we often meet Poles complaining about the Hotel conditions. And it never happened that TUI Rybnik had these Hotels on offer, of which Poles were dissatisfied.

If you want to feel taken care of in your travels and be sure that what has been agreed will be realized, choose a travel agency run by Mrs. Małgorzata. For over a dozen years, Ms. Małgorzata has been helping in the organization of my numerous travels around the world, providing me with full comfort even in very exotic places, always being in touch, willingly offering professional help and experience. I heartily recommend!

I highly recommend TUI in Rybnik at ul. Reja Every year I go on vacation from this office and I'm always happy. Standard hotels always consistent with the description. The girls in the office are very helpful, they always look for an offer ideally suited to my expectations - full professionalism.
