A few years ago, as a disabled person, I used the services of this office and was satisfied. Following experience I have recommended this office to my colleague this year - also a person in a wheelchair. During email correspondence and during conversations directly in the office, they were constantly ensuring that a room with a bathroom would be available for a disabled person. On arrival, it turned out that there was no free room for ON in this hotel. A wheelchair user was accommodated in a room with a bathroom with a shower tray. I think it's usually cheating customers. SCANDAL customer treatment. I advise all people with disabilities to watch out for this office and avoid it. Fortunately, there are several other large travel agencies.

The service is great 🙂 holidays not until May, but I can already comment on the service at this point. The lady presenting the offer was very involved in the conversation, honestly presented all the information, she matched the perfect offer to my requirements and my budget. I recommend 🙂
