It was a dream holiday :) The lady from the office chose such a hotel that all of us (and there were 8 of us) will remember this vacation for a long time :) It was brilliant - Hotel Sural Garden in Turkey. In addition, we bought a trip, Rafting on the river and that was something. Thank you for everything, and also for the fact that after returning from the office, she called asking how it was, what proves that we care for the client. We see you before the next vacation :) Regards (our entire team).

I am very impressed with the professionalism and approach to the ladies' client from the Focus Rybnik office. Despite the fact that I did not buy a vacation in this office, but via the Internet, when I needed help with the requirements of Covid, the ladies from this office helped me in everything. Lack of help on holidays from the office all documents should be taken care of if I have already left and the regulations have changed

I have not encountered such a professional service and kindness for a long time. The ladies from the TUI Focus office in Rybnik have a lot of knowledge and experience, which can be seen when buying a trip. First of all, you can see passion and a smile.
