SCANDAL!!! in the current pandemic situation, the adviser calls us to the bank to photocopy some paper that could also be sent by post with a relevant statement or e-mail. But no, you can't come. Nobody knows anything on the hotline and they refer you to an advisor. Worst bank ever. It is a pity that you can not give less than 1 star.

The bank stopped in development some 20 years ago, you still have to do it with each paper personally, although you can do it differently. And in a pandemic, when you should stay at home. I do not recommend to anyone.

I do not recommend this bank because very often there are the obverse of transfers, ATMs, and as to the service, some ladies are not nice.
