Branch complete defeat waiting in line for an hour. After which it is your turn, the convoy enters and the Lady picks up the money and you are still waiting. God, that's what a manager is for, not an ordinary employee. There used to be better service. I do not recommend. Better to go to Katowice.

A parody of the bank and customer service. The ATM is always "temporarily closed", today the branch is open with a 10-minute delay. Three ladies, of which one supports two or more, make you wait "wait" because they have to log in, read and sit and look at the wall. Since the ATM was not working, I had to make a cash deposit in the window. A simple act, and waiting at this snail's pace took me 40 minutes, although I was second in line. Ladies gracefully answer customer questions without looking up from the floor. Unfortunately, this is the only Bank Millennium in this city, so I am doomed to such a poor level of service and low culture. I give 1 star because you can't zero.
