Not a professional approach and telling untruth, the bought gold bracelet broke up after a few days of use by the bride, after filing a complaint, the gentleman brazenly supported that he informed me that it is not a bracelet on a daily basis and that it is not suitable for long sleeves, which didn't happen at all. The bracelet was repaired during the complaint, the Lord said graciously "it's the end of the year, I'll do it for free", not all 24h passed and broke up in exactly the same place.
Until now, I used the Lord's services and I was very pleased, I emphasize Very, but the way he treated me this time was very insolent.
(I hate when someone comes up with a fact that they said something they didn't say before). This is not how you treat a customer, sir!
I can honestly recommend this goldsmith's factory. I did several repairs / modifications in it, and I bought an engagement ring, wedding rings and chain.
