Room was clean, but the pillows smell of dirty hairs, probably it wasn't clean for long time or change, I had to use two towels on top of pillows, but I have still filled the smell. The polyester duvet made me shower after them, I didn't sleep at all, next morning I have ordered taxi at 7.30am and left. It's not nice condition for those value of money.

Rooms missing basic equipment like soap, fresh battle water or tea spoons. Breakfast very chip.....but still not worthy this price.

The bathrooms are too small! If you are a plus size, don't bother booking here. No functional heating system in the rooms! Just imitations there! Hotel could not provide PACOs in the rooms! Doesn't deserve a single*! No lifts! It's a struggle if booked in upper floors. Towels provided in the rooms are just face towels! Reception was at times manned by staff who could not speak a single English word! Oh gosh!
