Delivery of parcels is a drama. You have to bother yourself if there is something at the post office, because even they don't want to put the notification in the mailbox.

The post office in Poland remained during the times of deep PRL. Queues everywhere and no parking places in many places. There are computers and everything is reproduced on paper once again. Postmen are a tragedy spreading only an advice to the boxes, because who would want to climb the stairs to the 4th floor to deliver a registered letter. Man then has to bother at the post office and stand in a queue because only one window is open. Except for the package shipping prices, where it is higher than at private couriers. I skip mail as much as I can, drama in general.

Complete hopelessness when it comes to service. People working in this department communicate in such a rude way as if every customer who does not know something is underdeveloped. Lack of training in the basics of etiquette for these employees is a real hit. If someone is in a bad mood and wants to argue with someone, this branch is a bull's-eye;)

The facility is small, and thus its capacity is also limited, but the friendly staff always compensates for the wait. The only reservation I have is to the postman, because he only advises instead of delivering mail. The record is the 3rd notification in one day, the lady at the post office checked and found 4 letters, for which I did not even get the notification ...
