Fantastic service. Till today. I have never met these two ladies before. We came to pick up on the basis of the notification - a shipment of a non-standard shape or size. Mrs. M. Orzeł (info from the ID) gives us a package. We look: a different name and surname and a different street. We come back and return the parcel because we were clearly given somebody else's parcel. Mrs. Orzel says nothing. It takes away and neither - sorry nor - thank you. He's back looking for ours. There is no. I am asking - maybe you handed it over to another person? And I ask how can I be sure that she did not hand over my package to someone else? And in response I hear: "do not exaggerate". I suggest that you write a protocol. What protocol? - answers. And from the trash can he pulls out the notice that she had interrupted earlier in half. I answer - the protocol from the incident: that I got another person's package and mine - NO (... as I heard ... with disarming obviousness). P. Orzel: We will not write down any minutes. Please show the ID (I was not sure the name) - Ms Orzel turns the ID number over. (I think - inconceivable. After all, they are there to know who serves us.). I say that at my place of work, after handing over the wrong person - foreign property - I would have nowhere to go back. The lady who sits in the closed window next to you - comments on my ... inappropriate behavior. I am asking her to show my ID. It also turns it over. Mrs. Orzel glues the torn notice with a tape and gives it to me through the window !!!!!! It is a pity that I cannot attach a photo and a recording of this conversation I asked to contact my supervisor - and In Szopienach - I heard Why do we finance such "competent" Polish postal workers? Why does the post office finance such behavior for our money? Why do these people feel so confident in their complete incompetence? Who is hiring them? The lady issues parcels without checking the name, surname and address! Each of us would lose our jobs for a minor blunder At the post office in Nikiszowiec today - returning foreign property issued to the wrong person was equal to utsta (just like ...) one's own property, absurdity, arrogance and ignorance When will the Polish Post implement service standards? When will the people who will expose us all to huge financial losses and service typical of the deep PRL be dismissed?!? !! Where is my package? Who was it issued to?
