It is rather a point of scratch sale. I wanted to buy 6 stamps, the lady said that she has only 4 stamps and will not sell me, because she must have something, if someone will send a letter. A few meters away at the photocopying point there were stamps. And there is even a mailbox. The question is why such a mail agency? Which does not have stamps, because they are granted ??? Just like the bathroom in the movie, the bathroom is just can not be used. The stamps are 4 but they will not sell, because they must be in the event of something. Scratchcard is a whole bunch .... as if someone wanted to buy.
