In total, not so much as the facility and its employees, because I was only once in a branch and I was served reliably and professionally, but ATMs / CDMs are the reason for giving a low price. The situation today, namely my girlfriend was paying into the bank account and the money from the payout, and not only the machine, and even both of them did not want to accept the card, but it is nothing, because there is also mobile banking, it is impossible to print the confirmation, and what is worse than more than two hours the money has not appeared on the account, so now we are trying to contact the customer service office via chat and for less than an hour all consultants have been busy, and the office is also open until midnight, if someone had a similar situation, please let me know how and if this problem has been solved
