I use this bank very often and I am honestly pleased, the lines are indeed long, but I think that this is something that employees have no influence on, some have quick matters to settle, and for others you need to spend a little more time :) case, the service is always nice! Ladies effectively improve my mood with their kindness, every time!

Not only is the queue of more than 40 minutes each time, the service is also very bad. It's a pity and a shame for the 21st century and one of the largest Polish banks. Probably not such a Poland my grandparents fought for. Regards and I wish you changes for the better !!

Nice and professional service. Employees always try to help. The bank appeared recently in the gallery, which means that most of the chairs, etc. are still in good condition, as the bank is in Bytom. If someone has an account at PKO or wants to do something with all my heart I recommend.

Yesterday I visited this branch in Bytom and I have to admit that everything went perfectly, service at the highest level, everything presented in a clear and simple way. Despite the situation caused by the "crown" the client feels safe. I recommend the bank in Agora with a clear conscience.

The bank is most ok except for one lady (I think Jadwiga's name is and the older blonde is wearing glasses) who clings to the fact that whoever comes from young people because, as she said, blocks the queue. And to me with the text that I have to pull out all the money from the account and I told her that I pull out as much as I need. Today a complaint about this lady will be ordered because such behavior is unacceptable. She doesn't like working with clients, let them go to the warehouse to work.
