I do not recommend. Lack of employee competence. Zero professionalism. Sending the customer to contact infoline employees. In addition, there is no feedback on the case being handled. Treating the customer as a problem.

This institution is a failure, one person supports stolidly 10 people waiting in line, another employee facility at this time on the phone, and another something draws in a notebook and write text messages, the assessment does not deserve even one star, it may protest is that the Tesco cashier earns more, but one should react to what is happening in this Bytom branch. I am asking you for a competent person to react, it cannot be left unnoticed. This is a scandal, and it will be a castle anyway. Now I will record it and put it on YouTube so that everyone will see how Eurobank customer is treated.
