Terrible service. Very long waiting time. Five people are sitting behind a large glass with their noses in their laptops and only one lady comes and serves the applicants. I do not recommend.

I rarely write such negative reviews, exchange service, ignoring the customer, not informing about the requirements. Interestingly, the ward employee, when I said that the helpline person had given me information, he told me that they (on the helpline) knew nothing. The peak of everything is the requirement of going to the bank for a refund of the commission, when it could be done electronically and at the time when it is recommended to stay at home (BNP is still in the Middle Ages), although I understand this procedure, because you can spend more money. I could write a few more remarks, but I will stop with one statement: I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BNP PARIBAS.

Absolutely the worst customer service. An elderly person treated me with anger and ignorance. Rude and unworthy. I wait 45 minutes for the possibility of payment looking at all the staff running back and forth for coffee and a snack to the back room which is rumbling from laughter. The smells of reheated food are spread throughout the entire ward. Full ignorance.

Massacre. Shock. How such people can work anywhere. Full customer ignorance. I have never encountered such rudeness. Making coffee is their priority, they are still standing and making coffee hahaha
