I strongly advise against. Incompetent service, unfamiliar with its basic banking products, misleads with its information, completely disregarding customers' time. In the branch, the booths are right next door and everyone is shouting over each other, so the alleged discretion when discussing finances, which the bank boasts about, is a fiction. The slogan "mobility icon" also has to be put between fairy tales. Drama.

It is suggested to consider whether the assessors are mentally balanced and whether they are not from the competition because sometimes I get such an impression. Of course, everyone has the right not to be happy or feel badly treated, but when I read these comments, I have a good movie. I am a client of mbank probably for 11 years and I have never but it was never bad with them. The facility I go to deal with various matters or ask about something, knowledge is always used in a friendly way. The employees show high professionalism and create a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend. Thank you for the nice service Lady in short hair who was on the shift on 02.04 at 16:00. Greetings :)
