Bad Work. We don't get the drinks we've ordered. And the drinks was cold not warm like we've ordered. I ordered an Latte Macchiato and get warm Milk with Caramel syrup.

The taste of ice cream is good, but how much they give for this price is a drama. Knobs so small that in Sowie on the ground floor they give 2x more for a similar price.
Grycan used to be better.
Terrible service I got coffee with hair inside which was replaced with grace. I didn't even hear my apologies for waffles, I waited 25 minutes and they were as she came ...
The taste of ice cream is not bad but they are also not outstanding. They melt quickly and wiping each spoon before serving 15 times on the container so that you don't accidentally take too much ice cream is a big bend. One knob terribly expensive. I ate a lot better and cheaper ice cream. Grycan has gone bad. For comparison, I give 1.5 Euro for a huge scoop (corresponds to 3 Grycan scoops) of real Italian ice cream abroad. And I have a huge selection of 40 flavors.
