A large banner hangs to download the application which is associated with getting some "prizes" I thought great I always went to this car wash and there was no such promotion. I downloaded the application and even got a coupon -50% pr 7, so I went to the car wash to use it. I showed the coupon on the phone to the employee and he in a gruff voice said "We can't handle it, they didn't teach us" and when I asked why you advertised with such an offer, he said "it's not his problem, I just have to call the company and ask". Probably this is not the approach to a customer who just wanted to use a coupon that he did not invent himself, but just got from the company! and culture should be because when they approach this way, they will lose customers, you can nicer to say "sorry, they didn't teach us ..." and not be nice right away, as if I required miracles ..... better take off these banners, do not send coupons, do not make eggs of people ... because there were certainly many people like me, it's a pity.

Unfortunately, something has changed since traffic jams and the police are escorting them to the staff (I think he was drunk because the masks do not lead out).

Yesterday I used this car wash and I will tell you a short DRAMAT. The person who served customers there was a mistake a cigarette in his mouth no mask no commitment I ordered a washing program I did not receive a receipt and only a slight rinse of the car by this gentleman. Never again such a car wash, I do not recommend it. Give a wide berth.

It was good ... but today I was at the car wash late in the afternoon and you can see that the old staff came back, unfortunately I was washed again by a small worker smelling of alcohol. it is a pity that they still tolerate drunk workers. Overall, a car wash approx.

If someone wants to rinse the car of dust, yes, you can wash it more fatally. Whatever the program is, the car looks like it is being wiped down with a dirty cloth. Extra wheel washing fee charged and not even touched. We'll wash ourselves better, at the first pressure wash.
