I am surprised my husband bought me a chain and a bracelet after 3 months gold began to volatilize in places such as the necklace extension and ornament so I filed a complaint and what I received a negative answer where they wrote a negative response that the product had contact with water and cosmetics and complaints are not pleasant I wrote the second time and the same answer so I wonder if sometimes my babydoll was to give to a scarf and watch it and not wear ... Embarrassment I am surprised I have a few heals from this company and always everything was ok and here is such a sell but I was not treated well so be warned, think before you buy something, I already know that I will not buy anything from them and have lost their client
