Are now here for the 2nd time and have previously reserved by phone arrive today 20:06:19 and get no 2 apartments but should live in an apartment with 4 adults and 2 children. OUTRAGEOUS. The first time 2 years ago, everything was OK and was the same before.

If you book 3 months in advance, the apartment is assigned elsewhere on arrival and you are with young children on the street .... that's not, so only 1 star.
