Friendly service, well-kept rooms, low cost of stay

Unfortunately one big mess in the bathrooms, hanging clothes and underwear. Two bathrooms for about 20 people are definitely not enough. Poorly secured rooms so I do not recommend leaving anything valuable in them. Water for coffee had to be boiled in a pot because someone took the kettle and the owner made an arbitrary search of the room in the absence of tenants. I honestly do not recommend it.
