PATOTATO SZMATO !!!
Unfortunately, I was forced to visit this point recently. The ladies working inside are standing behind the counter like Johnny Sins and there's no sign of commitment. Respect for the client is also negligible.
The place itself is also not very good, the downside is that there is no similarly sized point in the area that would also eliminate the problem of large queues.
Summarizing.
This branch of Poczta Polska is just as drunk as the Audi A2.
This place is like a surprise egg - some people find an ugly little thing here, others (including me), something worth remembering :)
I have been several times, despite queues and one window - the willingness to help the specialists working here is above average.
A queue for 5 people, one window is only working, and the clerk is pushing toys in front of the client.
Overall, the standard of service is the same as in the entire company.
