I visited many Polish post offices and in each of them the ladies functioned as we imagine - slowly, as if they were dealing with the keyboard for the first time.
When I was in a queue with 3 elderly people with bills in front of me, I thought, "I wonder" - nothing could be more wrong! Mrs. Alicja (if I remember the name correctly) was flashing numbers on the keyboard like hardly anyone! I was so impressed that I had to describe it and I hope it will bring a raise, a bonus or anything that will make this lady stand out from the rest. May more such employees;)
