The customer must look for the package himself. Scandal! I was waiting for two packages. The end of the first shipment - 125, and the end of the second shipment - 657. Shipment 657 left at the post office on July 21, 2017. Shipment 125 left at the post office 24-07-2017. 25-07-2017 after reading the message that package 125 is now ready for pickup I went to the post office. At home, it turned out that it was a parcel, which should be at number 657. The next day I returned to the post office hoping that there was a second parcel there - 125. It was not there, and according to tracking the parcel was delivered to me, but so on the truth was parcel number 657. The lady from the post office said that there is nothing more for me. I went home and called the seller, because at that time I did not have the parcel number, which turned out to be 657. I called the post office, I gave the parcel number (657) and you said that the postman had just brought it. Immediately I went to the post office and you say "you see, you had to give the number. You gave the number, so I found it". This is a misunderstanding so that the customer would have to look for the parcel himself, because Poczta Polska employees lost it somewhere and mistook the parcel numbers. Tragedy!
