I'm calling to ask for a package but the ladies of course have it in their nose it was always in the post office quarantine so I wanted to ask if there is a package because it is a confirmation that the package arrived to me but the postman is unable to bother on the 1st floor because why ... .... what post office such a postman

Registered letter priority given on October 31 did not reach the addressee in Warsaw by November 6 !!! They probably lost him
In a word - a massacre. 5 pm, which is the time when a lot of people reach the post office after work, wanting to pick up a delivery note, send a letter, whatever. The facility is open until 6pm. Only one of the two counters is open, and in the other one, you tap something into the computer, ignoring the growing queue. 6 people in front of me, I'm 7 in line, 2 people behind me. Normal situation every day of the week because I am here to pick up something once a week. Is the facility management doing nothing about it? At the end of writing the opinion (standing in the queue) at 5:18 pm, there are 10 people in the line. 40 minutes until closing. With one window. Needless to say more;)
The queue goes like blood from the nose. I have never got my first visa, always only repeated;)
