I do not recommend this office! Next day, I bought a booked holiday and I waited in the queue an hour of time and in a coin the lady said that she could see that I was breathing hard and that I would go shopping or somewhere because it would take 20 minutes. I told this lady that there is no problem that I am waiting and I am breathing so not because I am bored to sit and because I have a problem with breathing. After which, when I waited for my queue, the gentleman who served before me apologized, marrying him that it took so much time. I said that you are silent, I am sorry and apologize for the lady who served and said that "I am breathing hard" because I should not strangers personally explain what my health condition is and why I have such a breath, and then you started to talk and explain . I did not want to listen to this because her arguments were weak to explain herself in this situation and I said that I want to end this discussion and want to buy a previously booked holiday. Ms Agnieszka said that she would not oblige me because I "upset". I asked for information to the manager where she refused to provide it. It could be useful to have some personal culture and customer service labels! I advise against personal experience !!! Advisor Agnieszka R.

Very nice service I am leaving this office for the third time, service at the highest level. Mr. Kamil, very nice man, we were served in a very nice way, you explained everything thoroughly, advised as many as possible so nice young people, Thank you for the nice service and we will definitely come back to this office
