Easy to deposit for the trip, hard to take out money. Due to covid 19, I withdrew from the trip. I am entitled to a refund ... and this is where the mastery of complicating the matter turns out to be. First, no personal identification number - I gave the data in the office, then a trusted profile ... then I would probably have more letters in front of me. But if I make it to the end, I still have the questionnaires before giving me money at an unknown date. Such info gave an office. Of course, the preferred form of contact is the Internet. The lady in the office refers you to the computer during a regular visit .... I really do not recommend it. Only deposits are painless and easy.

The office is an intermediary for our trips. We always take care of all formalities there. Always nice and friendly, and when we have an additional question to the direct organizer, it is not a problem for the office staff - they will call and ask for an answer on the spot.
