Phone service at a critical level I needed help my stove broke down the woman on the phone said she couldn't help me and she hung up Then I couldn't get through my calls were automatically rejected
I highly recommend Spyra stoves !!! The products are made very solidly, I have had a stove for over 8 years and I have no objections to it. I don't know any other company that cares so much about the quality of its products and its customers.
Wise and valuable information
Unfortunately I have to write a negative review. Setting up the oven, I hoped that I could count on the support of the company, unfortunately. The service is embarrassing, apart from the fact that calling them is a miracle. Help in setting the stove - it's hard, help with any problem, e.g. "door not closing" - it's hard, because it's far away, because it's Saturday, but the text that maybe a neighbor or installer from the area would help me with this raised my pressure but I decided to warn others about this company. Sell it yes, but unfortunately not help anymore! I do not recommend Spyra from Pszczyna
Scandalous quality of customer service, it's hard to call, and when they take the phone is only worse. I was allowed to repair part of the furnace after two weeks and echo. I called again and I heard that maybe a neighbor would fix it because they have a lot of work, I ask so whether it is from a neighbor to bake or from them ?! "
