I warmly welcome, I do not recommend this office to anyone. Everything is fine as well. In a situation when a problem arises, the office neglects the client. The lady in the office gave incorrect information and did not take responsibility for it. Before departure, we were promised full board for the remainder of the stay (all inclusive) meanwhile, it turned out that on the day of departure we only have breakfast. We are leaving at 20:40, we are seven people, including three young children. After writing an email to the owner of the office, we received a brazen answer that you can extend the day (as we all know perfectly well). I was disappointed on the whole line when it comes to the approach to the client - a total lack of professionalism and any intervention in our case. Buying a meal or extending a day is no money, but why should I pay for something that is supposedly included in the price of the trip? For me, the "mega" office is crossed out and none of my family will buy a trip with them. What's more, friends will also inform that they avoid the office with a wide arc. Money counts for them, not the reputation and good of the client. Pure capitalism! Profit justifies the means.

I probably visited all travel agencies in Pszczyna and only in Mega Ladies found an offer of holidays worthy of my attention. They know their stuff, give advice! recommend

I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone. Not only that, as already makes a mistake, instead of contacting and calmly talk and settle this matter right away, the lady working there pops up with pretensions. Please consider the people who you employ for work, because it does not fit in your head, that this is the way the client can do it, even though the organizer of the trip assured us that everything is settled and there is no problem, she is plaguing us. I am asking everyone to look after this lady working there, because I do not wish this treatment to anyone, even though the mistake was on her side and she could not settle it amicably at first. Once again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I recommend, ladies honestly advise when choosing your dream vacation. They guard deadlines, documents and flight times. They are also very helpful when booking.
