In my life I did not meet a worse organization than in this "resort" despite making reservations more than a week earlier, to be sure that there are free places I received a call the day before my arrival informing that the owner received better proposals for renting a house, therefore my booking was canceled. Extreme insolence and lack of any organization and service standards by the owner. I honestly do not recommend it to someone who wants to have a reliable accommodation and reliable service. Now I know why this center has such a poor rating.

The owner 17 hours before the booked date canceled our stay because another family pierced us during the days of stay. If someone likes to have an uncertain date in a person who does not keep the reservation, Zacisze Grażyna will be suitable for him.
