WORST HOTEL EVER!!! WATCH OUT! I got scammed by paying too much! Just because I paid with euro not złoty. Paid 80€ too much and realised it at home. Really rude receptionist said it's my fault. But that's not the only thing.. The water out of the sink in the bathroom was orange! absolutely disgusting. -The Rooms are dirty. - Heaters not working. - breakfast really bad. Hard bread,coffe machine not working. Sausages cold. -dirty old towels -the bed for children without mattress. I had the worst experience in this Hotel ever! NEVER AGAIN 0/5

The hotel is located in a very greeny and peaceful place, where you can reach two different lakes by foot. Free use of bikes is also offered, and there are tennis courts and a forest. The design of the hotel is so homey and I miss this place so much!

The room was dirty, hair on the carpet, hair on the bed, cobwebs and spiders on the walls. The bathroom is in a very bad condition, the seat is torn off by the toilet, the shower tray remembers the earlier guests, the bedside lamp - obviously not working. The receptionist (by the way also the hotel manager) obviously did not want to give the number to the supervisor, but she showed a great lack of professionalism, blaming us for this situation. Well, what was to be expected from a person who explained his delay to strangers by "staying on the toilet". I certainly will not recommend, and certainly discourage.
