Go Alpes transferred us swiftly and efficiently from Geneva Airport to Courchevel 1650 for February half term. As noted elsewhere, the booking process is straightforward, the vehicles clean and comfortable and the rate very competitive. We were bowled over by the professionalism and friendliness of both our drivers, Karol and Alex and felt absolutely terrible and apologetic when the latter was held up - already late at night - after our suitcase was lost by British Airways on the flight out. All the information and back up from Victoria via WhatsApp was prompt and comprehensive and yet again, so friendly. Highly recommended all round!

What a great company. We used them when needing to get to Val Thorens from Grenoble airport (and back). They were clear and communicative whilst booking (and competitive with the price). Their website was easy to use and payment was very easy. A day before we flew GoAlpes WhatsApp’d us to introduce themselves and give us details about our driver. From that point we spoke via text which was very good. The large mini-van we used was clean and perfectly fine. Spacious and lots of room for luggage. They made sure not to squeeze us in on what was a 2.5 hour journey. On our return trip , I stupidly left my wallet in the back of the cab. When I realised I contacted GoAlpes on WhatsApp and they were brilliant. The driver called me and rushed back to the airport. Great service. Couldn’t ask for me. I thoroughly recommend.

Great service from initial enquiry, prompt replies, clean & well presented vehicles, felt safe when traveling with our assigned drivers - who were polite and informative about the journey. Thoroughly recommend a great service from very nice people!!

Go Alpes is very professional. The service is perfect and the drivers who conducted us from Geneve to Plagne 1800 and the way back were very nice and on time. The VAN was good and very confortable. Nothing to complain.
