Our beginnings were difficult due to the poorly optimized logistics and sales system, which is supposed to change soon. Fortunately, there is someone on board who tries to control the situation and find a way out in a crisis situation, and for that a plus.
The furniture is very cool at first sight. They look solid and are well made. We will see how they will work over time. In general, I can recommend it, but I advise you to monitor the shipping process closely and call when you have any doubts :)
Bardzo polecam zakupy w tym sklepie. Przyslano mi wadliwe oparcie fotela, o czym telefonicznie poinformowalam pracownikow sklepu. Za trzy dni zlecono transport nowego oparcia. :) Obsluga klienta na wysokim poziomie, w firmie pracuja kompetentne i rzetelne osoby. Jednym slowem polecam!
Service and execution of the order at the highest possible level. It was more than two years ago, but then I did not issue an opinion. Recently I turned to the company "MEBEL Partner" for help in finding the leg for the bench (the bench was bought from them and I could not find the damaged element on the local market). In response, after two days I received the parcel from the courier with a new leg. I did not stay charged with any costs for this, neither per item nor per shipment. I am very impressed with your professionalism. I will definitely remain your client. Thank you once again for your help.
