Standards of service are disastrous as concerns home transportation. The Media Expertu installer, after paying the most expensive package, arrives without making arrangements late in the evening, is unable to install the equipment, set up and calibrate, and then leaves all parts of the package (although according to the package it was his duty to take it), and the complaint department states that " correct performance of the service. Also, if it is necessary, Media Expert, without paying for any additional services, because they will cheat you anyway!
I ordered through the website, payment and collection in the store. I was informed on an ongoing basis what was happening with my parcel, and finally a text message with a request for collection.
