The conditions of hosting can be compared to a pigsty, if the standard of the interior is not impressive, it would be good to look at the aesthetics, apparently the owner does not know what cleanliness is and likes to wallow in dung, tragedy

Dirt and muck, there were better conditions in the camps. Apparently you must not smoke in the room and it smells of cigarettes everywhere. I do not recommend advise to avoid this place.

Good location, proper standard, no luxuries but positive. You can see that the object is under renovation. When they finish, I'll add one more star.
