Zero professionalism - I asked for cutting the ends - You thought that with such thin hair it was shading - I rather heard that it should be avoided. I didn't stand up and agreed asking if he would do it right. After shading I said that I had to see - instead of shading I had stairs - I said that I do not like it and please since I have lost 10cm instead of two agreed to correct it - I received feedback from it will not do it because she does it and it is ok. that's terrible - I had the impression that she simply couldn't. I regret it - first and last time ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND
