Service? I have a lot to say about it ... I went to buy a fridge for the first time, they refused to bring it, despite the fact that such a service was booked, then insults and throwing equipment. Ok, the matter is cleared with the manager - the matter is closed. Recently, despite my disgust, I decided to give MediaMarkt a second chance in Pile- regrets. A few days after Black Friday, the prices are still attractive. I take it, go to the checkout, and the price is higher than on the price label next to the product. I am talking about this situation, and to me "you know this price is from Black Friday, now it is" - she shrugged her shoulders. I have informed you that I have the right to buy the goods at the price shown on the product. I have already seen not contentment, sulk, eye rolling. Suddenly, the Lady serves another person without a word! Please wait, nor will I explain the situation in a moment. Sets no respect! The lady is generally tired, sad, bored, with a scowl on her face. Well, I propose to train employees better in customer service ... And I will buy the equipment for the new apartment on the other side of the street .... After all, the purchase was successful ...

disrespectful approach to the client. Whoever expects respect gives it himself. An order for a top model of headphones in your store that has been lost. it's good that it's not so easy for you to lose your customers' money. The gentleman who served me was not able to answer any of my questions regarding ordering from websites, downloading goods or paying with vouchers, and I was not presented with any offer related to the possibility of purchasing accessories useful when buying my equipment, such as a headphone stand. During the service, the same cards were printed several times with delivery to my private address, each of these cards - issued incorrectly, in the end everything was fine, but the order was not booked at all. The waiting time for the order would have been indefinite if I had not called after 4 days. of course, I was sold off with standard phrases like: "You know the fault in the system" - a classic of the genre. But the best thing was when you told me on October 29th that shops are not making Christmas orders (????????????). I have never had similar situations in my life in competing chains, and I have already bought in many. Finally, after 7 days, the Lady informed me that the goods could be picked up in the store. I ordered home delivery. I have 35 km to the store, but I preferred to go there in person because I was afraid that the headphones could never make it. after all this situation, I have the right to be concerned that the goods are not brand new, but packed from the display ... I will not mention any text messages or e-mails confirming the order of the equipment or the expected delivery time. But how was I supposed to get them if I didn't really order anything? it is no wonder that the store is empty, since employees have such an approach. I am convinced that this was my last purchase in this chain.
