I suggest you go to the store and ask if there is a statutory right to a refund without giving a reason (within a certain period of time). Of course, the answer will be yes. I placed the order on their website with a pickup at the store. The next day I decided to return the item and headed back to the store. The man with the glasses was not so nice anymore and began to sigh heavily that what would he do with it now and that he would not accept it. I didn't even feel like arguing anymore, so I wrapped around on my heel, I made a return through the online store and there was no problem.

It is a good store with household appliances and electronics. They provide delivery to the indicated address. Much depends on the sellers. Not all of them I had contact with, but Ms Renata deserves a mention (if I remember correctly).
