Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it. After placing the order, I received a incomplete kit. Only after my intervention and a very unpleasant conversation with the employee, the rest of the set was sent to me. After a few days, some of the plates began to break. These plates have a visible defect on the back and the company of course replies that I probably damaged them mechanically myself. Unfortunately, contact with the company's employees leaves much to be desired. I have never experienced such treatment of a client before. Therefore, my opinion is completely NEGATIVE!
Very good selection as well as prices and here gives 5 stars!
after ordering and paying for the delivery PLN 20 in 24 hours without a response .. 1 day order prepared 2 day order prepared 3 day phone with a question about what's going on, answer that the world period etc. etc would be a good approach ... but it gives 3 stars here
and courier Fedex wysylka ... no contact with the courier company zero SMS about the date of arrival after 2 days and here gives 1 star! please change the courier company TNT is cheap and works better or DPD

A large selection of porcelain. Professional service
I recommend !!! Good quality porcelain. I have already ordered a dinner set from the Lubiana Victoria tulip series. Everything was well packed with bubble wrap, so it was not possible to break anything. Delivery by courier 1 day from dispatch. And I made more plates so I am very happy with the purchase. I will definitely come back to buy something else from this series here;). Fast and efficient shipping. you know before Christmas it took a little longer but it's not bad. I recommend everyone! Each set of plates was individually wrapped in foil and nothing came broken. I have already ordered 2 times and everything is ok. so I recommend it to everyone!
The porcelain was delivered in full, but there are black spots on the website (the color of the porcelain is white), when I asked for a replacement, I was informed that this happens in the process of manufacturing the product and it will not be replaced, of course, for the consumer this information is hidden (on the product page it is not has references to the possibility of blemishes), therefore, I advise against buying in this company, because, as you can see from the previous comments, you cannot enforce the complaint.
