Beautiful place! This is my second visit and definitely not the last one

Today I was at coloring and cutting (haircut - ok) I asked for a dark regrowth plus lightened strands EFFECT: strands from the ruler like 20 years ago to this BURNED scalp (so I saw the back at home) from lightening! I am sure that Mr. Damian probably saw that the lightener burned my skin ... but he let me out of the salon and charged 220 zlotys ... This is not how customers are treated ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Ps. I wanted to post photos but it is not possible ..

I came in platinum hair and I came out in yellow with spots, no one even asked me what color I expect, I do not recommend it.

I am disappointed and disappointed in the quality of the service that was done on my mother's hair. The hairdresser put the paint on the roots, while the rest of the hair applied the so-called lotion - the words of the Hairdresser, who assured that it would be better this way. The effect was supposed to be fantastic ... and it was indeed on the day of the salon visit. After a week, the hair looks like before dyeing - the "fantastic effect" that was promised evaporated like PLN 220, which my mother paid. I have always been convinced that if someone comes to dyeing, they expect effects that last longer and are not just for a moment, unfortunately in this case I was very disappointed. I am convinced that you can find a salon where skills go hand in hand with quality, and the customer is not neglected as my mother was treated in your salon. It would seem that in times of crisis, in which most of us are now, we should strive for clients and treat each other with respect. Now reading the following opinions (I regret that I have only read them now), I see that our case was not the first, and the quality, unfortunately, is not put first. I must admit that I would expect compensation for a service rendered. As proof, I attach photos: 1 - on the day of the procedure, 2- after a week.
